REQUIREMENTS
C 6 X 4M Performing area.
Low platform/ steel deck, basic lighting (6 lamps) and basic sound system – not essential, as our budget includes hire of these items. Very useful if village halls booking after 22nd October have all or some of these.
Posters and leaflets are included in our budget and can be offered as part of the package.
COST
We are not making any charge for the show apart from a percentage of the box office (usually 70%), and are keen to encourage village hall committees to run a bar or use the event to raise money for their own funds. (eg: raffle).
